Exercise for Weight Loss
Exercise for Weight Loss it’s an absolute great diet tip. It’s time to introduce exercise into My Weight Loss Journey.
I lost 17 pounds without exercise and now it’s time to start exercising. I know myself good enough to know, that often starting more then one new thing at a time may sabotage the results as my focus is divided.
To sustain your motivation to reach your goals is important to focus on one goal at a time. Once you achieve that first goal, you’ll build momentum for making other positive changes.
If you don’t make exercise a priority, it isn’t going to work. You have to consider your exercise time as a doctor’s appointment, until becomes part of your life. I mention already that it takes 6 weeks to develop a new habit.
Consistency is the key in creating a new habit, so be sure that you get something in at least 5 days a week. Start with smaller steps once at a time. If you don’t feel comfortable to walk 30 minutes at once start with 5 minutes twice a day, and increase every other week with 5 more minutes. After 6 weeks you will be walking 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening, reaching the 30 minutes walk a day.

Healthy Weight Loss Question: Do You Eat to Live?
Under primitive conditions, food was vital for survival and primitive people would “eat to live.” Today we live in a society when, we have allowed food to become our idol. Too many people admittedly “live to eat.”
One important healthy weight loss question is:
Do I ”eat to live” or “live to eat”? Great question, yet if we honestly look into our lives we can see in many cases we use food as a comfort, as a “filling” in our lives. Just follow your days. If you consciously follow what you eat a day, you’ll find yourself just picking up some food here and there without even being hungry. Often, without even noticing, that you are eating again.
It’s a great goal to have a schedule when you eat. Having breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time every day (or at least, as close as possible daily) will help you develop a healthy eating habit. Your body’s clock will kick in only in those times. Listen to your body’s signal. If you’re hungry eat something healthy in small portion, but don’t just eat something because smells good, looks good or because you’re in a bad mood.

It’s produced by the pineal gland, a light-sensitive gland at the base of our brain. If we do not sleep at night, our body’s melatonin production is reduced, negatively affecting our immune system function.
It is important to be in bed by 10 p.m. From a complementary medicine perspective, an hour of sleep before midnight is worth two to four hours of sleep after midnight because sleep before midnight optimizes melatonin production.
